Description
The Parish of Jefferson is soliciting the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications from additional persons or firms interested and qualified in providing Coastal Engineering and Consulting Services on an as-needed basis for miscellaneous projects located throughout Jefferson Parish. The scope of work may include civil, hydraulic, hydrologic, environmental, mapping, and CAD support, as well as planning, permitting, design, bidding, and construction administration. The selected firms will be required to provide services for a period of three years, with a maximum annual allowable fee of $500,000 per project.
• The services to be provided include coastal planning, permitting, design, marsh and ridge restoration, shoreline stabilization and protection, and beneficial use of dredge material.
• The firms will be evaluated based on their professional training and experience, size, capacity for timely completion of work, past performance, and location of their principal office.
• The selected firms will be required to submit a Statement of Qualifications, which will include information about their qualifications, experience, and personnel.
• The firms will be required to identify all subcontractors who will assist in providing professional services for the project.
