Description
The Pease Development Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive storm‑debris removal services at three coastal marine facilities in Hampton, Rye, and Portsmouth, NH. The contractor must supply all necessary equipment and personnel, adhere to strict safety and environmental protocols, and submit daily status reports. Work commences mid‑November 2024 and may extend up to five years with optional renewals.
• Remove or reuse rocks, boulders, sand, wood, metal, and other storm‑generated debris from parking lots, lawns, and seawalls.
• Provide dump trucks, graders, loaders, excavators, rock rakes, and qualified operators; operate a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Maintain safety signage, manage spills, report equipment breakdowns, and comply with insurance and indemnification requirements.
