Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical municipal storm cleanup contracts for a parish of roughly 200 sq mi, the scope could involve several hundred thousand cubic yards of debris. Assuming $50‑$150 per cubic yard for removal, transport, and disposal, the total contract value likely falls between $2 million and $5 million. Factors influencing the range include debris volume, disposal site fees, equipment mobilization, and labor rates.
