ITB No. 26-2962-5EAR - Fruehauf Road Relief Sewer

The Henrico County Government seeks a contractor to remediate sanitary sewer overflows along Fruehauf Road and install new gravity sewer infrastructure. The scope includes excavation, pipe installation, manhole construction, stormwater crossing, road milling and resurfacing, and associated erosion control measures. This project requires coordination with the Department of Public Utilities and adherence to local construction standards. • Install approximately 840 linear feet of 12‑inch PVC and DIP gravity sewer pipe, plus 15 ft of 8‑inch PVC pipe. • Construct five 24‑inch top diameter/48‑inch bottom manholes and seven 6‑inch laterals with inspection ports. • Perform milling and overlay of asphalt pavement, stormwater crossing, and required erosion and sediment control. • Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and compliance documentation as required by contract documents.
