Razor Ribbon and Perimeter Security Supplies- Sources Sought Only

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking a responsible entity to provide contracted supplies for perimeter security fence materials and razor ribbon via a blanket purchase agreement (BPA). The selected vendor will be responsible for providing customer service, shipping, and all necessary materials to FBOP institutions. The BPA will have a base year and four additional option years. The scope of work includes providing razor wire, non-reinforced barbed tape, wire-reinforced barbed tape, installation ties, and ground stakes.
