Notice of Intent - Bod Pod and Q-NRG Max Performance System

The Utah Valley University is seeking to purchase a Bod Pod and Q-NRG Max Performance System from COSMED USA. The university intends to negotiate and award the contract with only one source, as permitted under the authority of the Utah Procurement Code. The Bod Pod is an air displacement plethysmograph used for body volume, weight, fat, and fat-free measurements. The university's Exercise Science program requires the features of the Bod Pod for teaching and research purposes.
