Description
Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking a qualified General Contractor for a roof replacement project at the Nursing Education and Simulation Center (NESC). The project involves replacing the existing roof system with a new 80mil PVC membrane. The NESC building has a total roof area of 30,469 square feet, including parapet walls and a second story roof area. The college has completed a roof assessment that determined the roof membrane has no remaining service life.
