MEDICAL and PRESCRIPTION DRUG BENEFITS PROGRAM (REBID)

The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for Active employee and pre-Medicare retiree medical and prescription drug benefit programs. These benefits have been divided into five separate proposal options: Medical PPO and HMO Program – self-funded, Medical PPO and HMO Program – fully insured, Innovative Cost-Effective Medical Program - Fully Insured and/or Self-Funded, Prescription Drug Program – self-funded, and Prescription Drug Program – fully insured. The County is seeking qualified Proposers to administer one or more of these programs. • The proposal options include self-funded and fully insured programs for medical and prescription drug benefits. • The County is seeking Proposers who can administer one or more of these programs. • The proposal includes a pre-proposal Zoom meeting, and the submission deadline is 12/08/2025. • The contract term is 5 years, from 12/31/2026 to 12/31/2031. • The County requires Proposers to submit an intent to bid form by October 31, 2025.
