Description
The State of California, through the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and the Department of General Services, is seeking owners or authorized agents to lease approximately 23,976 net usable square feet of office and warehouse space in Chico, plus 35 parking spaces. The property must be asbestos‑free, comply with seismic, ADA, California Building Code, Title 24, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements, and preferably have LEED or Energy Star certification. Responses are due July 22, 2026 and must include address, map, and the Project Number (16677).
