On-Call Bridge Inspection Services (2026-2028)

The Arkansas Department of Transportation is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms to perform on-call bridge inspection services of various structures around the state. The selected firm will also provide quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) of the Department’s Bridge Inspection Program. • The opportunity is for a 2-year period (2026-2028) • Interested firms must provide completed qualifications in PDF format • The Department complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, FHWA Guidance and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and/or regulations
