Site Lease(s) for Use of Space on Various County Communication Towers

The County of Rockland is seeking proposals from qualified wireless communication service providers to enter into a Lease Agreement for the use of designated space on County-owned communications towers and related facilities. The primary objectives of this RFP are to maximize the safe and efficient use of County communications towers, provide opportunities for wireless service providers to install and operate equipment, require cost-sharing of common facilities and improvements, protect the County's operational, legal, environmental, and financial interests, and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
