Description
The County of Etowah, Alabama is seeking a qualified pest‑control firm to provide comprehensive rodent, insect, bird, and termite services for 17 county facilities over a three‑year period. The contractor must deliver an integrated pest‑management (IPM) program, hold all required pesticide licenses and applicator certifications, maintain extensive insurance coverage, and supply a termite bond for each site. Services include regular inspections, scheduled treatments, outbreak response, detailed record‑keeping, and monthly/quarterly invoicing.
• Provide labor, materials, licensing, and documentation for a full IPM program across all listed facilities.
• Supply EPA‑registered pesticides, MSDS sheets, and maintain a database of treatment records.
• Perform at least one inspection/treatment per month or quarter per building, handle emergency outbreak calls, and submit invoices to the County’s Purchasing Department.
• Maintain required insurance (CGL, Workers’ Comp, Pollution Liability, etc.) with Etowah County listed as additional insured.
• Deliver a termite bond for each site after initial inspection and outline replacement procedures for termite‑damaged structures.
