HYDROPHONE SWAGE BANDS

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Hydrophone Swage Bands. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Russell Tube Forming, Inc. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The contractor must provide Hydrophone Swage Bands P/N: 6029159-001, in accordance with the Statement of Work, Contract Data Requirement Lists A001, A002, A003, and A004, A005, and drawing 6029159. The contractor must also provide various reports, including a Production Test and Inspection Report, Material Certification, Certificate of Compliance, and Accomplishment Report. • The contract requires the contractor to deliver the Hydrophone Swage Bands to NSWC Crane, with a delivery date of 24 August 2026. • The contractor must comply with various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses. • The contractor must also comply with the System for Award Management (SAM) registration requirements. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the Government, considering factors such as price, technical capability, and past performance.
