Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide lodging and a training package for about 40 participants in Krakow, Poland from April 30, 2026 to May 9, 2026. The contractor will provide a minimum of 203 room nights and a maximum of 350 room nights, as well as a training venue and support package. The training venue should be at least 120 square meters and include audiovisual equipment, internet access, and catering services. The contractor should also provide a second room for break-out sessions and ensure that all facilities are secure and accessible. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. Some key requirements include:
