Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is seeking price quotes for a suite of facilitation, retreat, and professional development services. The work will support HACLA staff and stakeholders through on‑site and virtual workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions over a multi‑year period. Vendors must submit rates for various staff levels (executive trainer, lead trainer, senior associate, project manager, etc.) and for different session formats and attendee counts. The contract is structured as a Small Purchase (QSP) with a five‑year horizon, allowing HACLA to select the most competitive pricing model.
• Services include facilitation of team‑building workshops, retreat planning, and professional development training.
• Delivery options: on‑site workshops (1‑30 or 31‑60 attendees), virtual workshops (same size brackets), and larger seminars (up to 100 attendees).
• Pricing must be provided per hour/session for each staff title and for each year (Years 1‑5).
