Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide live answering, dispatching, and work‑order entry services on an as‑needed basis. The contract will be a one‑year base term with four optional one‑year extensions, for a maximum of five years. Services are funded with federal HUD monies and must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including minimum‑wage ordinances and insurance requirements. Proposals are evaluated on qualifications, staffing, technical approach, price, HUD compliance, and diversity outreach. The award will be made to the best‑value vendor, with no guarantee of award.
