Housing Quality Standard (HQS) Inspections for Housing Choice Voucher Programs

The Housing Authority of Merced is seeking a qualified firm to perform Housing Quality Standard (HQS) inspections for its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, covering approximately 2,949 vouchers. The contract will be for an initial one‑year term with two optional two‑year extensions. Services include initial, annual, re‑inspections, abatement and special inspections in compliance with HUD REAC and the upcoming NSPIRE‑V guidelines.
