Description
The California High‑Speed Rail Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive on‑site building inspection of its Fresno Office. The contractor must evaluate all major building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, structural components, etc.), document findings, provide cost estimates for repairs, and present a final report. The work must be completed within a short timeframe (draft report within 10 business days, final report within 5 business days after comments) and include a formal presentation to Authority staff. All labor, equipment, travel, insurance, and other costs are the responsibility of the contractor, and the contract is a fixed‑price lump‑sum not to exceed the ceiling amount defined in the solicitation.
