Rec Vehicle, Mod Housing, and/or Manufactured Housing Plan Reviewer/Inspector

The Nebraska Public Service Commission is seeking qualified independent‑contractor individuals to serve as plan reviewers and inspectors for recreational‑vehicle (RV) plans, modular‑housing units, and manufactured‑housing units. Candidates must demonstrate relevant experience, hold appropriate licenses or certifications, and be able to perform plan reviews, on‑site/factory inspections, and timely deviation reporting (within 7 working days). Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis with no fixed deadline; the Commission may close the solicitation at any time. • Service areas: RV plan review, modular housing inspection, manufactured housing inspection. • Required deliverables: detailed inspection reports, deviation reports within 7 business days, and compliance documentation. • Qualification package: resume, licenses/certifications, Form A contact sheet (two copies), proprietary information statement (sealed), and a statement of which service areas the respondent can perform. • No budget or fee schedule is disclosed; compensation will be discussed after qualification review.
