RFP# 2911 Building Permit Plan Review Service

The County of Marin’s Building & Safety Division seeks a qualified vendor to provide “overflow” building‑permit‑application plan‑review services on an as‑needed basis. Vendors must have at least three years of municipal plan‑review experience, hold CASp certification (and PE/SE for structural work), and be able to meet performance goals of 15 business days for complex projects and 10 business days for simpler re‑checks.
