The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is soliciting a quote for a Psylotest xTS – 4.5kN X xTS Test System w/On-Site Installation, Alignment & Training or its equivalent. The system should meet the specified performance parameters, and the supplier should provide sufficient documentation to permit thorough evaluation of the equivalency of their offer. The quote should include the country of origin, unique entity identifier, lead time, and ship from country or state. The supplier should also provide a published price list and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The quote should be submitted via email with the signed Quotation Pricing Sheet.
• The supplier should provide all descriptive material necessary for the company to determine whether the product meets the salient characteristics requirements.
• The award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror who submits the lowest total price and meets all technical requirements.
• The payment terms are net 30, and the contract type is firm fixed price.
