Description
The City of Rock Hill is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Southside Regional Park. The scope includes site preparation, grading, utility installation, trail and amenity construction, and final landscaping, funded in part by federal conservation grants. Bidders must comply with the Build America, Buy America requirements, and the contract will be awarded after the submission deadline.
• Construction of park infrastructure (paths, parking, restrooms, playgrounds, etc.)
• Coordination with federal grant requirements (Land & Water Conservation Fund, ORLP, NPS)
• Compliance with Build America/Buy America mandates
• No Davis‑Bacon wage requirements
• Electronic submission via the city’s e‑procurement portal
