Description
The Joint Force Headquarters Armed Forces Reserve Building (AFRC) is seeking a contractor to patch holes and paint office walls in Wing 3C. The scope of work includes patching nail holes and painting the walls of Office 359, Office 371, and Office Wall. The wall sizes are as follows: Office 359 - 12 width x 15 length x 9 height, Office 371 - 15 wide x 24 length x 9 height, and Office wall - 19 wide x 11 height. A mandatory site visit is required on December 16th, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The contractor must include the total cost of labor, materials, special equipment, and all miscellaneous charges in their bid.
• The facility is access-controlled, and suppliers must show a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance to gain access.
• Passengers must provide a valid state-issued ID.
• Delivery of goods and/or services must occur during normal duty hours of 7:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M. Tuesday through Friday.
• Services can be completed during non-duty hours if prior scheduling has occurred.
