Description
The Fraser Public Schools is seeking bids for the construction of the Dooley Parking Lot as part of the 2023 Bond project. The project includes site work, paving, playground equipment, fencing, and electrical work. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically via Building Connected by March 5, 2026. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on February 24, 2026, and all bidders are required to attend. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Fraser Public Schools on the AIA Document A132-2019 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor, Construction Manager as Advisor Edition.
