Criteria Architect Services for the New Tracy Courthouse

The Judicial Council of California is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the Criteria Architect for the new Tracy Courthouse project. The selected firm will support site selection, develop architectural programming, compile performance‑criteria documents, and ensure compliance throughout the performance‑criteria phase of a design‑build courthouse project.
