Description
The USDA Forest Service is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a brand new UTV for use in law enforcement and investigations. The UTV must meet manufacturer's specifications and be delivered to the location listed in the schedule of items by July 31, 2026. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria.
• The UTV will be used on all types of terrain in the forest.
• The asset will be delivered to the location listed on the schedule of items.
• The contract period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
• The offeror must submit pricing for all items and provide a technical acceptability, price proposal, past performance, and contractor current representations and certifications.
• The Government reserves the right to make more than one award for different line items.
