Wayne State University seeks a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive maintenance and repair work on Parking Structure 7, a multi‑level campus parking garage located at 3717 John R St., Detroit. The scope includes structural concrete repairs (partial‑depth and full‑depth slab work), reinforcement replacement, expansion‑joint and sealant replacement, drainage upgrades, traffic‑coating application, bird‑deterrent installation, and related mechanical/electrical repairs. The contract is awarded on a lump‑sum basis, with optional alternates for additional sealant, traffic‑topping, drainage, and façade work. The project must comply with WSU prevailing‑wage rates, bonding, insurance, and safety requirements, and be completed in two phases with substantial completion dates in August 2026 and August 2027.
