Description
The City of Piqua is seeking bids for the construction of a shooting range. The project includes the construction of berms, installation of a drain pipe, and other related work. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The project must be completed by November 1, 2026.
• The project includes the construction of four berms (A, B, C, and D) with Berm C being an alternate.
• The berms must be constructed with clean fill material, free of asphalt and concrete, and with no rocks larger than 4 inches.
• The site must be cleared of all obstructions before construction can begin.
• The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of all debris from the site.
• The project requires the installation of a 6" SDR drain pipe bedded in #57 gravel with a 4" gravel bed and 12" of cover stone.
• The project also includes the installation of 3' of millings over a 90'x100' center shooting area.
