Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide annual maintenance for software, including web-based training and technical support. The maintenance fee will be based on the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. Key aspects of the job include providing software upgrades, technical support, and access to Certainty 3D University. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization and professional licenses.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The supplier must not engage in the boycott of a person or an entity based in or doing business with a jurisdiction with which the State can enjoy open trade.
• The supplier must provide verification of enrollment in the E-Verify program prior to any award.
