RFI: Foreign Military Sales – HH-60W Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) Aircraft Training Capability Assessment

The Air Education and Training Command (AETC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources and gather information on capabilities related to the aircrew, maintenance, and support services training for HH-60W Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) aircraft. The training programs should include pilot and crew training, simulator training, academic training, maintenance and technical training, aircrew and operations support training, and courseware development. The goal is to build and sustain the capabilities of partner nations to operate and maintain HH-60W aircraft effectively, thereby enhancing global security and cooperation. • The training programs should be designed to meet the unique needs of international partners under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. • The programs should include comprehensive training for pilot and crew, simulator training, academic training, maintenance and technical training, and aircrew and operations support training. • The training should be tailored to the specific requirements of each aircraft and the operational environment in which they will be deployed. • The contractor should ensure compliance with international regulations, cultural considerations, and the specific operational requirements of partner nations. • The contractor should provide information on their capability to develop comprehensive, user-friendly courseware aligned with the latest operational requirements and technological advancements.
