Budget estimate

$1,750,000 – $2,500,000

Based on the average annual rent for office space in Maryville, TN, and the required 7,500 square feet of contiguous space, the estimated budget for this project could be around $175,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on the location, amenities, and services provided. The total budget for the 10-year lease term could be around $1,750,000 to $2,500,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget could vary depending on various factors, including the specific location, the lessor's costs, and the VA's budget.
