USACE Washington Aqueduct Filter Sweepers

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to procure filter sweepers or its equivalent for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The primary objective of this solicitation is to issue a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) standalone contract for filter sweepers or its equivalent. The contract will be for a period of 140 days after receipt of award. The offeror must provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities, and materials necessary to provide the supplies and services required under this solicitation. • The offeror must demonstrate an understanding and meet all specifications and requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) of this solicitation. • The offeror must provide a description, part numbers, and photographs of each item listed in the SOW. • The offeror must demonstrate an ability to get the quantities of each commodity and supply all required items. • The offeror must demonstrate that each item is in compliance with the Buy American Act. • The offeror must provide an explanation on how it will meet the tracking, shipping, and delivery requirements. • The government requires that all items be delivered in one complete shipment no later than 140 days after receipt of award.
