Description
The project involves the manufacture and delivery of Aerobic Granular Sludge Biological Treatment Process equipment for inclusion as an allowance in a general construction contract. The equipment shall provide biological treatment system using Aerobic Granular Sludge as approved by the State of Vermont, Agency of Natural Resources, Department of Environmental Conservation, Water Investment Division.
• The project is funded in part through the Vermont Clean and/or Drinking Water State Revolving Fund(s).
• The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements.
• Davis Bacon wage provisions will pertain to labor associated with the installation of the treatment equipment.
• Bidders must submit a completed Bid Worksheet along with the Bid security through QuestCDN or submit a hard copy via mail.
• A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the total Bid submitted must accompany the Bid.
