Fencing, Demolition, Repair, and Installation Services

The City of Shoreline seeks a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the business and operational needs of the City for fencing, demolition, repair, and installation services. The work shall include, but is not limited to, the demolition and repair of existing fencing and the installation of new fencing. Fencing material includes, but is not limited to, chain link, vinyl coated chain link, decorative metal, and wood. All fencing services will be on an “as need” basis. The City does not guarantee any minimum or maximum volume of work except as limited by budget. • The initial term of the contract shall be three years with the City having the option to renew for one additional year. • The estimated annual contract value is $25,000 - $50,000. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept the bid of the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, to call for new bids, or waive any informalities in the bidding. • The Contractor shall obtain and maintain, at its own cost and expense, Comprehensive General Liability and Property Damage insurance in the amount of not less than $2,000,000. • The Contractor shall secure and maintain, at its own cost and expense, Comprehensive Auto Liability insurance in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
