DEMA EPA Method 9 Visible Emissions – Opacity Certification (M26-0009) (Annual)

The Arizona Department of Emergency & Military Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to perform EPA Method 9 Visible Emissions (Opacity) certification on its equipment and facilities. This annual, single‑agency contract will verify that emissions meet state and federal visibility standards, and will involve on‑site testing, data analysis, and issuance of compliance certificates.
