Roof Remodeling - ELMHS

The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of the roofing system at the Eastern LA Mental Health System (ELMHS) located in Jackson, LA. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the job. A mandatory jobsite visit is required prior to bid opening. The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods. • The contractor must have a Contractors' License Number in the appropriate classification(s) such as Building Construction and/or Roofing, and Sheet Metal, Siding. • A bid security of 5% of the amount bid is required for bids over $50,000. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a completed Attachment B - Jobsite Verification Form or a signed letter from the Agency representative stating that the vendor has visited the jobsite.
