Description
The City of Raleigh is seeking bids for the Complete Streets Group 3 project, which includes paving, curb ramp upgrades, signing, pavement markings, and signal modifications on several streets. The project also involves sidewalk installation, retaining wall construction, and other related work. Bidders must be licensed to perform the work in North Carolina and provide evidence of their license with their bid. The City of Raleigh encourages participation from certified Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) businesses.
• The project consists of work on Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, Harrington Street, West Street, and E Cabarrus Street.
• Bidders must submit their bids by 2:30pm on August 6, 2026.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.
• The City of Raleigh has a goal to contract or sub-contract 15% of the contract amount to certified MWBE businesses on construction projects over $300,000.
