The DLA-Maritime Pearl Harbor is seeking a quotation for CERAMALLOY. The contractor shall provide the item in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation. The contractor must also comply with various clauses and provisions, including those related to packaging, marking, and shipping. The Government reserves the right to make an award based on the lowest cost or price.
• The contractor must provide a price quote that includes all costs, including shipping and handling.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to hazardous materials and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance with all contract requirements.
• The contractor must provide traceable objective quality evidence (OQE) for the materials provided.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including those related to payment, inspection, and acceptance.
