Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking qualified physicians (or qualified entities) to provide comprehensive, on‑site primary‑care services to residents of the Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center, a 120‑bed long‑term care facility. The contract will cover routine and acute medical evaluations, 24/7 on‑call coverage, coordination of emergency transfers, discharge planning, medication management, documentation, and compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and state regulations. Physicians must be Kentucky‑licensed, not excluded from federal health programs, and must submit required credentials, background checks, and references.
