The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for the Disabilities Determination Services (DDS) office in Frankfort (approximately 99,458 sq ft). The contract requires daily cleaning (24 person‑hours, three employees) five days a week, plus weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual deep‑clean tasks. The vendor must supply all cleaning chemicals, equipment, and maintain inventory levels, ensuring a minimum one‑week supply on‑site. The work includes cleaning of floors, restrooms, windows, common areas, and periodic carpet extraction and floor waxing. The contract period runs from award through 30 Nov 2027 with optional four two‑year extensions.
