The Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Transportation Cabinet is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for the Real ID Office in Henderson (approximately 2,776 sq ft). The contract will commence no earlier than 12 Oct 2026 and run for an initial one‑year period, with up to four optional one‑year renewals. Services include daily cleaning, weekly deep‑clean tasks, monthly and quarterly specialty work, semi‑annual carpet extraction, and annual floor stripping, sealing, and waxing, as well as exterior window washing. The vendor must supply all cleaning supplies, equipment, and personnel, work five days per week during business hours, and complete a mandatory site visit prior to bid submission. Pricing is submitted as a monthly rate; the contract is awarded based primarily on price (95 points) and experience (5 points).
