Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design and construction administration services for the Ottawa Building - SIGMA Move to 1st Floor Office Renovation project. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement and will be required to assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations. Key services include:
• Design of the 1st-floor office renovation
• Construction administration, including office services and field services
• Code reviews and compliance
• Project meetings and presentations
• Utility allocations and connections
• Easements and permits
The proposal must include a technical proposal and a cost proposal, and the contractor must submit a signed certification of a Michigan-based business and a responsibility certification form.
