The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) seeks a single awardee to provide comprehensive medical services—including inpatient and outpatient facility care, professional physician services, tele‑health specialties, medical record management, invoicing, and on‑site scheduling—for Federal inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution Williamsburg (Salters, SC). The contractor must operate in compliance with community standards, all applicable laws, and BOP security requirements, and may be required to deliver services both on‑site and at community‑based facilities. Optional line items include full inpatient/outpatient facility services and professional services; mandatory outputs cover invoicing, record management, and communication protocols. The contract will involve credential verification, adherence to LEIE restrictions, use of accredited facilities, and detailed claim submission processes (ANSI 837 format). The BOP expects timely scheduling, 24/7 tele‑triage, and secure handling of inmate health information.
