Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting bids for the construction of a 30' x 100' pre-engineered metal equipment storage building with a concrete foundation at the Centennial Valley SWA. The project includes additional bid items for extra compacted ABC, concrete foundation, and storage shed bays. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals needed to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project includes a pre-bid conference on March 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
• Bids will be received until March 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
• The contractor will be required to submit proof of insurance and a performance bond.
• The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The contractor will be paid based on a unit price contract, with payments made monthly based on the value of work completed.
• The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals.
• The project will be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the general conditions for capital construction.
