Specialized Aviation Service Operator (SASO)

Richland County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Specialized Aviation Service Operator (SASO) services at the Jim Hamilton – L. B. Owens Airport (CUB). The selected vendor will be responsible for providing fuel and oil sales, as well as other related services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. The vendor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as the County's policies and procedures. • The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The vendor will be required to maintain a drug-free workplace and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The vendor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner. • The vendor will be required to comply with all environmental regulations and laws.
