The Haverhill Housing Authority is inviting sealed bids from contractors for the renovation of two vacant units at Hilldale Avenue and South Warren Street. The project includes demolition of outdated finishes, installation of new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and doors, as well as painting throughout. The renovations shall follow EOHLC guidelines. The estimated cost of the project is $182,485.00. • The project includes the renovation of two vacant units: 8A South Warren Street and 202 Hilldale Avenue. • The scope of work includes demolition, installation of new finishes, and painting throughout. • The renovations shall follow EOHLC guidelines. • The estimated cost of the project is $182,485.00. • Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sub section 44A-J and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 sub section subsection 26 to 27H inclusive.
