The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) is seeking capability statements from contractors for a potential requirement to design and construct a new pumping plant facility in Sacramento, CA. The project involves the demolition of the existing Pumping Plant 5 (PP5) and the construction of a new facility about 300 feet up the canal. The project is expected to be completed within 880 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
