LAS VEGAS BOULEVARD FLAMINGO PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE ELEVATOR REHABILITATION AND ESCALATOR REPLACEMENT

The Clark County Department of Public Works is seeking qualified contractors to refurbish and modernize four pedestrian bridges at the Las Vegas Boulevard / Flamingo Road intersection. The scope includes: • Removal and replacement of twelve transit‑grade escalators with new high‑efficiency units, including pit enlargement and associated structural, mechanical, and electrical work. • Rehabilitation of six hydraulic elevators (including jack replacement, roof work, and control upgrades). • Upgrade of mechanical/electrical rooms with new HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and expanded space. • Installation of new doors, fire‑rated louvers, LED‑illuminated handrails, tactile warning panels, and upgraded stair finishes. • Storm‑water and drainage improvements (sand‑oil separators, sump pumps, trench drains, curb & gutter, sidewalk repairs). • Removal and restoration of landscaping/irrigation. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid WebEx conference on 3 August 2026; non‑attendance results in rejection. The bid closes 8 September 2026.
