RFQ PhysTher Move

The Pueblo Community College is seeking a qualified project management firm to provide complete project management services for the Physical Therapy Move to SMC Project. The project involves renovating the North Wing on the 4th floor of the Teaching and Learning Center at the SMC campus to accommodate the Physical Therapy Program. The total budget for this project is $2,036,689. The project manager will be responsible for providing direction to the architect/engineer, contractor, and other associated agency staff, monitoring progress, compiling status and financial reports, and coordinating meetings with end-user groups. • The project manager must have experience with projects of similar scope and complexity. • The project manager must have a working knowledge of Colorado Buildings and Office of the State Architect policies and procedures. • A Colorado license to practice Architecture and/or Engineering is required. • The project manager will report directly to the State Buildings Delegate. • The selection process will involve two stages: submittal screening and oral interviews.
