25-69 RFP City Historic Property Survey

The City of Atlantic City is seeking the services of an Architectural Historian to complete a Historic Property Survey of the entire city. The survey will involve three interrelated tasks: inventorying previously designated local, state, and federal historic landmarks, conducting a reconnaissance-level survey of the city, and selecting a minimum of 50 previously un-surveyed properties for an intensive-level survey. The consultant will be required to meet with city representatives and the New Jersey Historic Preservation Office (HPO) and submit draft and final reports for each task. The city anticipates a ten-month contract duration, and the contractor will be required to comply with various laws and regulations, including those related to affirmative action, insurance, and business registration.
